1 part Kraken® Black Spiced Rum
1/4 parts Maraschino Liqueur
1 barspoon of Lemon Juice
1/4 parts Simple Syrup
2 dashes Angostura Bitters
2 – 3 Pineapple Chunks
Top with Champagne
Muddle pineapple chunks in a shaker. Add all other ingredients (except Champagne). Short shake with ice, then top with Champagne. Double strain into Champagne flute. Garnish with a lemon twist.
